About the event
– The Donation for Premier Boat Parade Viewing and Dinner is $55.00 and the seat is yours for the entire evening! The proceeds go to help our Troops, Veterans & their Families throughout the year. [*Tickets are $55 each, regardless of the age of the guest as this is a fundraiser.]
Please plan accordingly as there will be no refunds issued for any cancellations
-This viewing party donation includes a dinner selection of: Soup, Tacos (Carne Asada, Chicken, Birria), Rice & Beans, a Southwestern Salad and Cookies for Dessert.
– Seating is on the outdoor Patio with most tables accommodating 6 guests. Heater Lamps will be set up throughout the patio, but do dress warmly. Orders of 5 seats at a table are required to purchase the 6th seat. We encourage you to invite friends and family to join you. If you are a small group, you will be sitting with other people at the table. Only ticketed guests will be allowed entry. No tickets will be sold at the door.
– A “No Host Bar” will be available. Corkage is $10 per bottle. Coffee, Tea and Hot Chocolate will also be available near the Food.
-For those with reservations, the Boat Parade Registration opens at 4:00pm each evening. Dinner starts at 5:00 pm and the Boat Parade begins to pass our viewing location around 6:55pm.
– Parking for Members is on a “first come- first serve” basis in the Post 291 Parking Lot, however, the lot fills up early. Parking for Non-Members is available on local streets and at local churches for a fee. We strongly suggest carpooling or consider taking LYFT or UBER if possible.
